Produced from fruit sourced from Deyres Jean-Luc's property in the village of Perquie, this 100% Baco Armagnac was also distilled by the grower. Matured in local oak, Darroze describe this as subtly woody, with aromas of cigar box, leather and spices (licorice, nutmeg), followed by a rounded palate that's intense, complex and long. Like the rest of Darroze's 'Unique Collection', it's bottled undiluted.
