The palate begins with round, fruity and savoury characters, then moves towards a zesty and vibrant wild raspberry and cranberry finish. A very complex wine with cool season characters that will grow and develop into a stunning mature Shiraz. Enjoy with slow cooked beef cheeks or roast lamb. Finish with some dark chocolate or a nice hard cheese.
