Established in 1985, Mont'Albano has been committed to organic winemaking since the '90s. They focus on sustainability, using lighter-weight glass, recycled labels, and environmentally friendly inks. The wine is pale straw in colour with floral and fruit aromas, a semi-dry body, and a long finish. Made from hand-harvested Pinot Grigio grapes, it pairs perfectly with antipasti, grilled fish, and white meat dishes. Mont'Albana's organic philosophy emphasizes land preservation and quality, and they're a leader in the industry.
