The colour is a bright pale yellow, with greenish reflections. There are intense and fresh aromas, with floral and fruity notes: white pear, apple and citrus fruits. A juicy and tasty wine, the aftertaste is fresh and pleasing with a good persistence. A perfect match for all kinds of fish dishes, very specifically, grilled fish. This wine is also ideal by the glass, and as an aperitif.
