Altos Tequila Plata is 100% agave, hand-picked, organically fermented, cooked in brick ovens, crushed using the 500 years old Tahona Stone method and roller mill before being distilled in copper pot stills. Crafted Poloma -
Frost the glass rim with salt and crushed pink peppercorns. Add 2 parts Altos Plata, 1 part lemon juice and 1/2 part agave syrup. Mix until syrup is diluted. Fill the glass with ice and add 2 parts grapefruit juice.
