This small production Cab Sauv from Sisters Run in the Barossa is indulgent and delicious, once you taste it we know you’ll be back for more. The grapes were sourced from the Bethlehem Block in the heart of the Barossa, well known for producing bright fruit with searing intensity. Its rich and complex and filled with everything from wild strawberries to sweet cassis and warming tobacco. Pour into a wide rimmed glass and let it breathe, before enjoying with rare venison or a hearty beef stew.

A big, hearty Cab Sav from Sister's Run with generous, brooding flavours of with blackberries with a touch of dark cocoa. It's a finely balanced wine between soft, integrated flavours, a touch of fresh spice and a big overall presence.

"The truth is in the vineyard but the proof is in the glass." - Elena Brooks, Sister's Run

The Sister's Run team don't take themselves too seriously and abide by a simple ethos: try their very best to make the very best wines

92/100, 'Premium', Cam Douglas MS, "Attractive dark red fruited bouquet, fleshy and ripe with scents of dark plum and blackberry, there’s a gravelly earthy quality and fine dired herb and tobacco complexity. Lovely weight and texture, dry with firm tannins and a core of dark red berry fruits to relfect the bouquet. A light saline quality and nutty toasty wood quality add both texture and complexity. Well made with a lengthy textured and fruit centric finish. Best drinking from late 2022 through 2029+."
