The Hill of Enon range was a culmination of many years of walking the rows on the Hill. Zandvliet studied the vines through the season from budbreak to harvest, and the result of this unique terroir and careful learning was grapes which ripened ten days before the main crop that were more intensely flavoured. They were harvest separately to create the Hill of Enon range.
