Zandvliet Hill of Enon Shiraz 2018

A small berry pick Shiraz with a delicate layered nose of blueberries, liquorice and dark chocolate. These flavours flow through onto a sophisticated palate with subtle wood integration. plums, cigar box and chocolate that finishes with a velvety smooth aftertaste.

Enjoy with steak tartare, fillet or lamb.

The Hill of Enon range was a culmination of many years of walking the rows on the Hill. Zandvliet studied the vines through the season from budbreak to harvest, and the result of this unique terroir and careful learning was grapes which ripened ten days before the main crop that were more intensely flavoured. They were harvest separately to create the Hill of Enon range.
